We are looking for HR Business Partners both at the Associate level and the Lead level. We have multiple needs and this position can be located in the following offices: Seattle, Dallas, Houston, Atlanta, or San Francisco. An Associate level candidate will have 3-5 years experience, and a Lead candidate will have 5-10 years experience.

Purpose of role: Partner with business to deliver all the HR services to the employees, managers and executives in United States. It is an internal client facing role with focus on providing effective people solutions.

Responsibilities:

? Develop and implement HR programs, policies and procedures for respective units.
? Coach and counsel management and employees regarding employee relation issues, policy, procedures, benefits and programs.
? Proactively gain client feedback to aid HR functions improve service levels and alert HR areas where an issue/project may impact on other areas
? Manage complex ER / people issues in partnership with corporate employee relations team.
? Equip clients with appropriate tools and knowledge to effectively manage their people in line with their people plans e.g. performance management, and career management.
? Work very closely with the offshore HR teams to roll out calendar programs such as performance management, annual pay increases, and bonus payouts
? Provide project management support and HR expertise to the business with specific related projects
? Organize and facilitate new hire orientation to assimilate employees effectively.
? Facilitate employee recognition programs, and other employee related activities both at unit and geo cluster level
? Ensure compliance with government employment regulations.
? Actively solicit feedback from stakeholders and propose new programs and policy changes to existing ones, as needed.
Minimum Requirements:
? Bachelor?s degree, preferably in Human Resource Management, or Industrial/Organizational Psychology or equivalent related work experience.
? HR certification (SPHR, PHR) is preferred.
? Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely to people at all levels in the organization.
? Strong advising, relationship building and interpersonal skills.
? Comprehensive understanding of HR principles and knowledge of employment law.
? Strong problem solving and analytical capability.
